Sunekos is an injectable skin booster that pairs low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with a precise mix of six amino acids: glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-valine and L-alanine. Once injected into the dermis, this combination signals fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, rebuilding the structural matrix of the skin rather than just hydrating the surface. The result is firmer, smoother, more elastic skin that improves over the course of a few weeks as the new tissue matures.

Sunekos is licensed for use on the face, neck, decolletage and the delicate under-eye area. It is particularly useful for thin, crepey skin where dermal fillers would be too structural and where topical creams cannot reach. The under-eye protocol uses a lower-strength formulation suitable for the thin skin around the orbit, while a stronger formulation is used for fuller face, neck and decolletage protocols.

A standard course is three to four sessions spaced two to three weeks apart. The first session begins the bio-stimulation; subsequent sessions amplify and sustain the result. Most patients book the four-session course because the cumulative effect is markedly stronger than two or three sessions alone. A maintenance session every six to nine months helps preserve the result once the initial course is complete.

Downtime is minimal. Expect small injection points, mild redness and possible light swelling for twenty-four to forty-eight hours, particularly around the eyes. Most patients return to work the same day, with light makeup once twelve hours have passed. Saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds and intense exercise are out for forty-eight hours; SPF 50 daily for two weeks is non-negotiable while the skin rebuilds.

We do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have an active skin infection or cold sore in the treatment area, who have a known allergy to any of the constituents, who are on blood-thinning medication without prior medical clearance, or who have a history of keloid scarring. Early hydration and a subtle glow appear within a few days as the hyaluronic acid takes effect. The real structural change, firmer, more elastic skin from new collagen and elastin, develops over four to six weeks and continues to build through the course. Photographs taken at consultation and at each follow-up help track progress, and most patients see the strongest results around six to eight weeks after the final session of a four-session course.

Single sessions are priced by area: dark eye circles £250, forehead £250, neck £300, decolletage £300, full face £425, full face plus neck and decolletage £500. Four-treatment courses, the recommended protocol for most patients, are £999 for full face and £1,200 for full face plus neck and decolletage, a meaningful saving over single sessions. A £25 consultation is required before any session is booked and includes a written treatment plan.
