Founded in 2005 by Manroop Ahitan. Owned today by Alayika Parvez, who joined the company as an employee in 2013, opened the Hounslow and Wembley franchises, and bought the network from Manroop in 2023.

2005
Founded by
Manroop Ahitan.
CoLaz Aesthetics Clinic was founded in 2005 by Manroop Ahitan with a single conviction: that non-surgical aesthetic treatments should be delivered to a medical standard, by clinicians who train hard, at a price that doesn't lock anyone out.
What started as one clinic grew across the years into a UK franchise network of seven locations, all built on the same day-one promise, the most excellent, most comfortable, and safest treatments that non-invasive technology allows, at a fair and reasonable price.
Twenty years on, that wording is still the rule the team works to, in every clinic, every chair, every session.

Chapter two
2013
Alayika
joins the floor.
Alayika Parvez joined CoLaz in 2013 as an employee on the delivery floor. She learned the protocols, the equipment and the patient experience from the inside out, and within a few years was promoted to clinic manager.
In the years that followed she opened two new franchise locations of her own, first Hounslow and then Wembley, running both clinics in parallel and earning the reputation across the network for the quality of her training, the consistency of her protocols and the way her clinics ran day to day.
By the early 2020s she was no longer just an in-house operator. She was the franchisee setting the bar for the rest of the network.

Chapter three
2023
Alayika acquires
the network.
In 2023, Manroop Ahitan sold the CoLaz franchise network to Alayika. The handover was a clean line: Manroop had built the business and the standard for eighteen years; Alayika had been living that standard from the inside for ten.
From that point Alayika has been the sole owner of CoLaz. Manroop is no longer involved in the day-to-day. The day-one promise that the business was founded on did not change in the handover, and it has not changed since.
What has changed is the pace. Under Alayika the network has standardised its clinical protocols across all seven UK clinics, consolidated training, and built the franchise model that lets each clinic owner run their location with autonomy while sharing the same brand, the same standard and the same equipment list.

Seven UK clinics. One standard. One promise.
CoLaz today delivers fifty-one non-surgical aesthetic treatments across seven UK clinics: Derby, Wembley, London Paddington, Slough, Reading, Southall and Hounslow. Every clinic is run by qualified clinicians who hold the relevant medical or aesthetic qualifications for the treatments they deliver, and who train continuously on protocol, technique and new technology.
Every consultation is free. Every quote is in writing. Every patient is reviewed against their own goals, not a one-size menu. That is the standard Manroop set in 2005 and that Alayika carries forward today.

What we do not do
A clear menu, a clear scope.
- We do not perform cosmetic surgery. CoLaz is a non-surgical aesthetic clinic. If a surgical procedure is the right answer for a goal, we will say so at the consultation and you can take that information to a surgeon you trust.
- We do not run a pharmacy or sell prescription products. Treatment medications used in clinic, such as anti-wrinkle toxin or fat-dissolving injections, are administered by the treating clinician and are not for take-home use.
- We do not refer patients to other clinics for treatments. If a treatment is not suitable for you, we tell you at the consultation. We will not pass you on to anyone else, and we do not take referral fees.
