Two weeks of hands-on training at an existing CoLaz clinic, alongside your fit-out and launch marketing. Most partners are open within four to six months of signing.

Every CoLaz Partner is protected by a 3-mile radius around their clinic. While your agreement is active, we won't place another CoLaz Partner, or open a CoLaz-operated clinic, inside it.
That gives you a clear comfort zone to build your patient base, run local marketing and recruit staff, without worrying about another CoLaz competing with you down the road.

Before you enquire.
Do I receive help in producing my business plan?
Yes. It's your plan, but we'll guide you and share a template to complete, since costs like rent and labour vary by district, so it needs to reflect your local market.
Can I sell my business?
Yes, at any time, and we don't charge a fee for it. If the new owner wants to continue as a CoLaz Partner, they sign their own CoLaz Partners Agreement with us.
Is my territory protected, and how is it established?
Yes. Every CoLaz Partner has a 3-mile radius around their clinic. We won't place another CoLaz Partner, or open a CoLaz-operated clinic, inside it while your agreement is active.
Do I need experience or qualifications as a beauty therapist?
No formal qualifications are required of you personally, but your staff will need to be suitably qualified. We provide two weeks of hands-on training at an existing CoLaz clinic before you open.
Who undertakes the clinic fit-out?
You do, guided by our set-up guidance on layout and standards, using local contractors. This is at your own cost and should be budgeted for in your business plan.
Do I need to source equipment myself?
You source it, but you don't negotiate alone. We use our supplier relationships to negotiate your equipment costs on your behalf, at no percentage to us, so you get the discounted price.
What are the ongoing fees?
A single monthly partnership fee covers your website presence, marketing and ongoing support, with no separate agency bills and no royalty on your revenue. We'll share the exact figure at your consultation.
What happens to my £5,000 deposit?
It covers the cost of your training and is refundable in full after 18 months as an active CoLaz Partner. If you sell your business before then, it's returned to you on completion of the sale, and the incoming owner pays their own deposit.
