How it works
PRP with microneedling begins with a small blood sample, which is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma. Your clinician then passes a microneedling device across the skin to create fine channels, and applies the plasma so its natural growth factors can absorb where they are most useful. Over the following weeks the skin responds by refreshing its tone, texture and firmness. Redness usually settles within a day or two. Most people have a short course, agreed with your clinician at a free consultation and confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
