Common questions
About the Wembley clinic
Where is the CoLaz Wembley clinic?
We are at 17 Wembley Hill Road, Wembley HA9 8AF, between Wembley Park and Wembley Stadium. The clinic is a five-minute walk from Wembley Park station (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines), five minutes from Wembley Stadium station (Chiltern Railways) and ten minutes from Wembley Central (Bakerloo and London Overground). We are easy to reach from Wembley Park, Sudbury, Alperton, Harrow, Kenton, Kingsbury, Stonebridge and Neasden.
How do I get to the Wembley clinic by car?
From the A406 North Circular, follow signs for Wembley Stadium and pick up the A4089 Wembley Hill Road. The clinic sits on the right-hand side as you head toward the stadium. Pay-and-display parking is available on the surrounding side streets, with the easiest spots outside the morning and afternoon school-run windows and outside Wembley Stadium event days.
Which treatments are available at the Wembley clinic?
The Wembley clinic delivers 36 of the 52 CoLaz treatments: laser hair removal, electrolysis, skin rejuvenation, body and inch loss, injectables and more. Each one has its own Wembley page, linked from the treatment list above. If you are unsure which treatment is right for your concern, the free fifteen-minute consultation is the easiest way to talk it through with a qualified clinician.
Do I need to book a consultation before treatment at Wembley?
Yes. Every treatment at the Wembley clinic starts with a free fifteen-minute consultation with a qualified clinician, in person or by WhatsApp. The consultation reviews your goals, your medical history and any contraindications, then ends with a written treatment plan and a transparent price quote. Nothing is booked from the consultation without your agreement and there are no upsells in the chair.
What are the opening hours of the Wembley clinic?
The Wembley clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, and closed all day Sunday. Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, message us on WhatsApp for the fastest reply.
How do I message the Wembley clinic on WhatsApp?
Tap the WhatsApp button on this page and your message will land directly with the Wembley team. The franchise owners run their WhatsApp through the Resoclinx platform they use day-to-day, so replies are typically within five minutes during opening hours. WhatsApp is the fastest route for a price query, an appointment time or a general question about a treatment.
How much does laser hair removal cost in Wembley?
At CoLaz Wembley a single laser hair removal session starts from £30 for the upper lip, and a full body session is £225. Other areas are priced individually on our laser hair removal page. Course prices for six or ten sessions are set out at your free consultation, and every price is confirmed in writing before you book.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
Laser hair removal gives long-term hair reduction rather than guaranteed permanent removal. Most clients see far less regrowth after a full course of six to eight sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart. Hormone-driven growth, such as PCOS-related facial hair, can need eight or more sessions, and one or two top-up sessions a year usually keep the result.
Do I need to shave before laser hair removal?
Yes. Shave the area twelve to twenty-four hours before your appointment, so no hair sits above the skin but the root is still there for the laser to target. Do not wax, thread, pluck or use hair removal cream between sessions, because those remove the root. If you arrive unshaved, the Wembley team may shave the area for you or move a larger area to another day.
Who should not have laser hair removal?
Laser only works on hair with pigment, so very blonde, red, grey or white hair does not respond. We also wait if your skin is tanned, and we check your medical history and medications first, because some, such as recent acne medication, affect suitability. Every new client at Wembley has a free consultation and a patch test forty-eight hours before the first session, so we can confirm it is safe for your skin.
