Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 May 2026

In short

These are the rules that apply when you book a consultation or treatment with CoLaz. Each of the seven UK clinics is run as an independent franchise, so cancellation windows, deposits and exact pricing are set locally. Treatment packages must be used within set time limits. We do not refund packages once treatment has begun.

1. About us

CoLaz Aesthetics Clinic (also trading as CoLaz Advance Beauty Specialist) is a UK aesthetic clinic group. We operate seven clinics in Derby, Wembley, London Paddington, Slough, Reading, Southall and Hounslow. The brand is owned by COLAZ FRANCHISING LTD, registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 08550943), registered office 84 High Street, Slough SL1 1EL.

Each clinic is independently owned and operated as a franchise of the CoLaz brand. The brand sets the treatment standards, training, branding and the broad commercial rules in this document. Each clinic owner sets their own opening hours, local pricing, deposits and the precise cancellation fees that apply at their location. Where these terms and a specific clinic's local terms conflict, the clinic's local terms apply to bookings at that clinic.

Brand-level contact: [email protected]. For booking and clinical questions, contact your chosen clinic directly via the contact page.

2. Definitions

In these terms:

  • "We", "us", "our" means the CoLaz brand together with the franchise clinic you have booked with.
  • "You", "your" means the person booking or attending the treatment.
  • "Clinic" means the specific CoLaz franchise location you have chosen.
  • "Treatment" means any service we deliver, whether a single session or a course of sessions.
  • "Consultation" means the free assessment we offer before any treatment begins.

3. Who can book

You must be 18 or over to book a consultation or treatment at CoLaz. We will ask to see photo identification at your first appointment.

4. Consultation comes first

Every treatment starts with a free consultation with a qualified clinician at the clinic you have chosen. The consultation:

  • Confirms the treatment is suitable for you.
  • Captures your medical history and any contraindications.
  • Includes a patch test where the treatment requires one (for example, laser treatments and some chemical peels).
  • Ends with a written plan that you can take away. You are under no obligation to book.

We may decline to treat you if the consultation reveals a medical contraindication, an unrealistic expectation or any other clinical concern. Where we decline, no charge applies for the consultation.

5. Booking your treatment

Once you and your clinician have agreed the plan, the clinic team will offer you a booking. Deposit and full payment terms are set by each clinic and will be explained to you before you commit. By confirming a booking you accept these terms and the clinic's local terms.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Your clinic will tell you their exact cancellation window and fees at the point of booking. The brand-default minimums are:

  • Laser hair removal: 48 to 72 hours' notice required. A late-cancellation fee of £15 to £45 applies, depending on the appointment length.
  • Skin treatments (facials, peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial): 48 hours' notice. Late-cancellation fee from £15.
  • Injectables (anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, threads): 48 hours' notice. Late-cancellation fee from £15 or 50% of the treatment cost for returning clients.
  • No-show: the full deposit (where one was taken) is forfeit.

To cancel or reschedule, contact your clinic directly by WhatsApp, phone or email. The clinic's contact details are on its clinic page.

7. Treatment packages

When you buy a course of sessions, the following rules apply unless your clinic confirms otherwise in writing:

  • Laser hair removal packages must be completed within 24 months of the purchase date.
  • Skin treatment packages must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.
  • Packages are not transferable. They cannot be split between two people, gifted, or used at a different CoLaz clinic from the one you bought them at.
  • Packages are non-refundable once treatment has started. If you have not started yet, your clinic may agree to a refund at its discretion, less a small administration fee.
  • Hair removal: the area to be treated must be shaved (not waxed, plucked or epilated) at least 24 hours before each session.

8. Prices and payment

Prices on this website are starting prices for the lowest single-session option of each treatment. Your final price is confirmed at the consultation and may vary depending on treatment area, course length and the specific protocol agreed with your clinician. The pricing pages on the site are the canonical source for current per-treatment prices.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and, at most clinics, by cash. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number. Some clinics offer split-payment options at the clinician's discretion.

We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price agreed at the point you book.

9. Results

Aesthetic treatments are personal and individual. Your results depend on your skin, your medical history, your aftercare and factors outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee a specific outcome from any treatment. Your clinician will discuss realistic expectations with you at the consultation.

10. Health and safety

You must tell your clinician about any medical condition, medication, allergy or recent treatment that could affect your CoLaz treatment. If your medical situation changes between consultation and treatment, you must tell us before the session begins.

We may decline or pause a treatment if we believe it is no longer safe for you. Where we have to decline a planned session for clinical reasons, no cancellation fee applies.

11. Photography

We do not photograph you or use any image of you for marketing without your specific written consent. If you give consent and later change your mind, email [email protected] and we will remove the image from active use within 30 days.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of earnings).

We are not responsible for any reaction, complication or outcome from a treatment delivered elsewhere, including by another clinic that uses the CoLaz name in a country outside the UK.

13. Complaints

We want every patient to be happy with their care. If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it.

  1. Speak to the clinic manager at the location where you were treated. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
  2. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] with the clinic name, treatment date and a brief description. We will respond within 10 working days.
  3. If you have a concern about a regulated practitioner (for example, a prescriber of injectables), you can also contact their professional body (such as the General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council or General Dental Council).

14. Intellectual property

The CoLaz name, logo and the content of this website are owned by CoLaz Aesthetics Clinic and protected by UK copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your personal use; you may not republish, sell or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practice changes or when the law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when the current version took effect. Substantive changes will be announced on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Contact
