Lemon Bottle Skin Booster is the brand's facial product, separate from the Lemon Bottle fat-dissolving injection used on the body. The skin booster is a micro-injection cocktail of vitamins, hyaluronic acid and amino acids, designed to hydrate, brighten and plump the skin from within. The fat-dissolving injection is a body-contouring product that breaks down localised pockets of fat. The two share a brand name but have completely different formulations, indications and target areas. Skin Booster is delivered into the dermis as a fine grid of small injections across the face; the fat-dissolver is delivered into the deeper subcutaneous fat layer of a specific body pocket.

All three are injectable skin boosters but the formulations and effects are different. Profhilo is a high-concentration pure hyaluronic acid that bio-remodels the tissue and treats skin laxity as well as hydration; it is delivered at five fixed points per side of the face. Sunekos combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids and is delivered as a finer grid; it is particularly suited to the under-eye and peri-oral area. Lemon Bottle Skin Booster combines hyaluronic acid with vitamins and amino acids in a slightly different formulation, with a focus on brightness and a soft glow result. At consultation the clinician will recommend the product that best fits your skin and your goal.

A typical starting course is three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart, followed by a single maintenance session every three to four months thereafter. The course builds the hydration, brightness and skin-quality result step by step; the maintenance keeps it. The exact protocol is agreed at your free consultation, and the full course price is confirmed in writing before the first session is booked.

Numbing cream is applied for twenty minutes before the session to keep things comfortable, then the product is delivered as a fine grid of small injections across the face using a very fine needle. Most patients describe the injections as a quick pinch rather than a sting. Immediately after, small raised bumps stay at each injection point for thirty to sixty minutes, then settle. Mild redness fades within a few hours and most patients return to work or normal life the same afternoon. Light bruising on one or two points is possible and fades over two to three days, easily covered with light makeup the next morning.

The first hydration and glow effect is usually visible within seven to ten days as the product integrates into the dermis. The fuller skin-quality result, including improved texture, tone and bounce, builds across the course of three to four sessions and is at its strongest about four weeks after the final session. Photographs taken at the start of the course are reviewed at each session so progress is tracked objectively, and the maintenance schedule is agreed once the initial course is complete.

We do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, who have a known allergy to any component of the formulation, who have an active skin infection, cold sore or eczema flare in the treatment area, who have a bleeding disorder or are on certain blood-thinning medications, or who have a history of keloid scarring. Active retinol or acid-based skincare actives need to be paused for one week before the session. A single face session is £159. A course of three is £399, working out to £133 per session, and a course of four is £549, working out to £137 per session. A separate consultation fee of £25 applies if you book the consultation alone; the fee is redeemable in full against any treatment you go on to book.
