Every treatment at CoLaz Hounslow starts with a free consultation with a qualified clinician, in person or by WhatsApp. It reviews your goals, your suitability and any contraindications, then ends with a written plan and a clear price. Nothing is booked without your agreement.

Electrolipolysis, sometimes called lipo cavitation in clinic, is a non-surgical body contouring treatment that uses low-frequency electrical currents to break down localised fat cells. The current is delivered either through very fine sterile needles inserted just under the skin, or through surface pads placed on the treatment area, depending on the protocol your clinician selects at consultation. The current disrupts the fat cell membrane and triggers lipolysis, the process by which the body releases the stored fat content. The released fatty acids are then carried away through the lymphatic system and metabolised by the liver over the following days. There is no cutting, no anaesthetic and no recovery time.

The treatment is suitable for localised pockets of fat rather than overall weight loss. The most commonly treated areas are the stomach and lower abdomen, the love handles and flanks either side of the waist, the inner and outer thighs, and the bingo-wing area at the back of the upper arms. Smaller areas such as the area under the chin and the bra-strap fat at the back can also be treated. We always confirm the realistic outcome for your specific area at consultation, with photographs and a circumference measurement so progress can be tracked objectively across the course.

A full course is typically six to twelve sessions spaced one week apart, with the exact number depending on the size of the area and the amount of fat to be reduced. Smaller areas such as the chin or upper arms often respond well to a course of six, while larger areas such as the abdomen or thighs usually need eight to twelve sessions for a visible change. The protocol is agreed at your free consultation, and course pricing is confirmed in writing before any session is booked so there are no surprises later in the plan.
