Fat freeze, also known as cryolipolysis, is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses controlled cooling to target stubborn pockets of pinchable fat. A specialised applicator is placed on the treatment area and uses gentle vacuum suction to draw the fat layer into a chamber, where it is then cooled to a precise temperature. Fat cells freeze and die at temperatures that leave the surrounding skin, nerves and muscle unharmed.
