You get the same qualified clinicians, clinical-grade technology and written, transparent pricing used across the CoLaz network, close to home.
Profhilo at CoLaz is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment that hydrates and bio-remodels the skin from within, improving firmness, tone and elasticity rather than adding volume. Delivered only by qualified clinicians using the five-point Bio-Aesthetic Points technique, at our seven UK clinics. From £225 per session within the recommended course of two sessions four weeks apart, the protocol designed for the full bio-remodelling result.
Every treatment starts with a free consultation, and your plan and price are agreed in writing before you book a single session. To get started, message the Slough team on WhatsApp, or read the full profhilo treatment guide.

Do I need a consultation before profhilo at the Slough clinic? +
Every treatment at CoLaz Slough starts with a free consultation with a qualified clinician, in person or by WhatsApp. It reviews your goals, your suitability and any contraindications, then ends with a written plan and a clear price. Nothing is booked without your agreement.
What is Profhilo and how is it different from dermal fillers? +
Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment, but it is not a dermal filler. Where fillers are designed to add volume and shape in a specific spot, Profhilo spreads under the skin to hydrate the tissue and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. The result is firmer, more elastic, better-hydrated skin without changing the underlying shape of your face. Profhilo also uses pure hyaluronic acid with no chemical cross-linking agents, which is one reason its safety profile is so strong. Patients often describe the outcome as looking like themselves, only fresher.
Where on the face and body can I have Profhilo? +
The face is the most common treatment area, using the Bio-Aesthetic Points technique that places five injection points per side along the cheek, jawline and temple. The neck, décolletage and back of the hands are popular secondary areas because the skin there ages quickly and topical products struggle to reach the deeper layers. We assess each area in consultation and only treat where the bio-remodelling effect will give you a result you can see. We do not treat under the eyes or the lips with Profhilo, because both areas need a product with structure rather than a spreading bio-remodeller.
How long do Profhilo results last and when will I see them? +
The hydration effect is visible within a week. The firming and bio-remodelling effect, which is the more meaningful one, builds over the four weeks between session one and session two, and reaches its peak about four weeks after session two. Most patients keep the result for six to nine months from the second session, and book a single maintenance session once a year to hold it in place. Skin condition, age, lifestyle and sun exposure all influence how long the result lasts, which is why we photograph before each course and review honestly together.
