Why have I got red dots all over legs where hair grows?
Hi I'm a 19 yr/o female and i have red dots all over my legs and thighs where the hair comes out, they get more inflamed when i shower, some times they will seem like pimples but not raised and if i squeeze it the hair will come out along with a waxy type thing no bigger than a grain of rice, then my skin will bleed and scar. I have very dry skin and my hair growth is thick and course. I also have a lot of excess hair growth on upper and inner thighs, i feel as it is quite manly, im so embarrassed in the summer i dont wear shorts or swim, i feel like this issue is controlling my life in a way. Every time i shave it makes it worse and makes more of these spots, but even if i don't shave, i tried once for 2 months, the problem still persists, I'll include a picture of my inner thigh where it happens the most, please help me out.
