After seeing your attached image of the spots, as a qualified skin specialist who deals with a number of skin conditions on a daily basis it can be misleading to judge what the spots indicate on your forehead by focusing on an image on the area.
Many beauty salons would generally class it as white heads however it can be many factors such as, White heads/ Comedones, General problematic skin, Warts or even Milia.
My best recommendation for you in this case is to book yourself in for a FREE skin consultation with myself or another therapist available so we can look at the area in person. This would be our best step in order to understand what and why you have these spots on the nose and forehead area.
