Thank you for contacting CoLaz in Paddington.
After viewing your attached images it looks as though your skin seems congested.
Congestion of the skin can occur for many reasons and can happen to all ages and skin types. You are not alone! This is a very common skin complaint.
In acne, the sebaceous glands begin to produce too much sebum. Sebaceous glands are tiny glands found near the surface of your skin. The glands are attached to hair follicles, which are small holes in your skin that an individual hair grows out of.
If the plugged follicle is close to the surface of the skin, it bulges outwards, creating a whitehead. Alternatively, the plugged follicle can be open to the skin, creating a blackhead. Normally harmless bacteria that live on the skin can then contaminate and infect the plugged follicles, causing papules, pustules, nodules or cysts.
The good news is that we have many advanced treatments to help this skin condition which includes LED Light Therapy and a range of specialized facials that will help achieve clearer and more healthy looking skin.
The next step I would recommend for you is to come in for a Free Skin Consultation where one of our Skin Specialists can assess the affected area and answer any questions and concerns you may have.
I really hope this helps.
