Temporary Closure Due to Covid-19 from Saturday 19th December 2020 until further notice
As per the government announcement all of our London and South East clinics have been placed into Tier 4 Lockdown (except Derby Branch, which will be open as normal).
We therefore regret to inform you from tonight, Saturday 19th December 2020 we have no choice but to close the majority of our clinics until further notice.
Our managers will be contacting you shortly to re-arrange your appointment. If we have not been able to reach you, we sincerely apologise but please do not turn up to any appointments that have been schedule from 20th December 2020 till further notice.

Your Colaz clinic will contact you via phone, email or text to inform you that your appointment has been cancelled until further notice. Please note we have record of all appointments that have had to be rearranged therefore once the clinics open they will contact you to be re-booked in.

We are sorry, but we cannot provide refunds for unused treatments. We have temporarily closed all the clinics and will contact you soon so that you can continue with your treatments.
Please note all treatment packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable once purchased. As this is an unusual situation, we can allow clients to exchange your treatment with a friend or family member at the same value without any admin charges. We can also offer you a credit note for the same value to use against other treatments but unfortunately no refund will be given.

This is very unlikely as we are a franchise business which means each clinic is owned individually by franchise owners.
This means as a franchise we are able to support clinics and ensure customers receive their treatments they have purchased. If one of our franchise fails due to trade, then we as the brand owners will take over and ensure clients receive treatments.
I can assure you that none of our clinics are closing and we will reopen when it is safe to do so.
This is one of the biggest advantages we have against our competitors as most clinic chains are company owned which means if one goes bankrupt then the rest follows soon after. Our business model is different so as a paying customer this gives confidence we will be around for a long time.
So please don’t panic as soon as the pandemic is over, we will notify all our customers when we’re opening.
