How Do You Use A Colaz Clinics Gift Card?
To use your Gift Card, simply select the clinic you wish to visit and book a consultation or treatment. The Gift Card will be redeemed upon purchase. Please be aware that your Gift Card can only be used for purchases equal to or less than the remaining value on the card. If you want to make a purchase that exceeds this amount, you must pay the difference using another payment method such as cash or credit/debit card.
If I Spend More Than The Value Of My Gift Card, What Happens?
You can only use your Gift Card to purchase items that equal or are less than the Remaining Card Value. If you want to spend more than the value left on your card, you must use another form of payment that CoLaz clinics approve.
When Will My Gift Card Expire?
All CoLaz Clinics Gift Cards will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
How Can I Send A Gift Card Again?
If the electronic gift card you purchased never arrives, don't worry! You can always resend it to the original intended recipient. Some e-mail providers allow users to block all messages coming from outside of their domain. It's always a good idea to check with your recipient in advance to make sure their email service provider isn't filtered into a "junk" or "spam" folder.
